![]() ![]() ![]() Through prayer, scripture, small group discussion, outreach, and song, we'll delve deeply with our participants into the mystery of the Eucharist. Our week will be guided by the central tenets of "The Mystery of the Eucharist in the Life of the Church", the doctrinal document from the USCCB supporting the Eucharistic Revival: Thanksgiving & Worship, Transformation in Christ, Conversion, and Food for the Journey. Beyond that, we'll reflect on and challenge ourselves to consider how, as one body in Christ, we are to go out into the world, serving our brothers and sisters, and proclaiming the Good News of the Gospel. Throughout the week we'll explore how the Eucharist makes us into one body and spirit in Christ. Our theme for One Call 2023 is "One Body, One Spirit in Christ". As we are confronted with data illustrating the growing disconnection of young people from the Church, the way we engage in this mission with young people is of vital importance. Launched in June of 2022, the mission of the National Eucharistic Revival is "to renew the Church by enkindling a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist". Venite (O Come) The Lord is full of compassion and mercy: Come let us adore him. Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit: as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever.
